Returns policy
Research materials are only returnable while their integrity is intact. Here is exactly where the line sits.
14-day withdrawal window
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the items are unopened, seals intact, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Email support@sahurlabs.com with your order number to start a return.
Seal-broken items cannot be returned
Once a vial's cap or seal is broken, the material cannot be restocked or resold, so it cannot be accepted back — this is the industry-standard position for research compounds and it protects every customer who receives a vial from us.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the contents do not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and contents. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item reaching us (or of you providing evidence of dispatch, for damaged-item cases). Return shipping for withdrawal is paid by the customer; shipping for damaged or wrong items is paid by us.
