Your right to withdraw

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Sending the notice within that period is enough — by email to support@sahurlabs.com or by post, using the form below or any clear statement.

Goods sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery; this applies to opened vials.

Returning the goods and refunds

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to: Peter Bosý — SahurLabs, Packeta Z-POINT, Tajovského 20, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Write to us first and we send you a Packeta return code. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

We refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice, but may wait until the goods are back or you show proof of sending them. Refunds go to the original payment method — for Monero orders to the refund address you gave us.
